Head of AI Engineering & Platform Architecture
Base Operations
Base Operations is hiring a Head of Engineering to own the technical backbone of our engineering organization. This hybrid IC/leadership role blends hands-on technical decision-making with program management, and focuses on AI tooling and secure, scalable data platforms. Reporting to the CEO, you will mentor engineers, set coding standards, drive architecture choices, and partner with Product, Security/GRC, and GTM to align delivery with federal and commercial customers in a dual-use environment. #J-18808-Ljbffr Base Operations
