RemX is seeking candidates that are dependable individuals who enjoy helping customers and thrive in a fast-paced environment. This role supports customers, delivery teams, and sales representatives while handling order inquiries, delivery updates, invoice questions, and issue resolution.
- Title: Call Center Rep
- Location: Onsite (Syracuse, NY 13208)
- Pay: $20.50/hr
- Schedule: Mon-Fri 8am-4:30pm
- Position Type: Temp-to-Perm
What We're Looking For:
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Comfortable handling 50-80 calls per day
- Ability to multitask across multiple systems
- Positive attitude and problem-solving mindset
- Reliable attendance and stable work history
- Call center, retail, hospitality, food service, or customer-facing experience preferred
