Overview Legacy Health is recruiting outpatient physicians for our primary care clinics located in Portland, Oregon. Providers in these clinics include physicians and advanced practitioners, all of whom have been a part of Legacy for several years. Our primary care providers are supported by designated MA’s and care teams that can include panel coordinators, social workers, RN case managers, behavioral health clinicians, pharmacy techs and pharmacists.The Legacy Medical Group clinics located in this region are Internal Medicine. Responsibilities As a physician, you are responsible for the patient throughout treatment.Reviewing clinical history, providing the physical examination, diagnosing and treating both chronic and episodic disorders.Work in collaboration with the team.Maintain own panel of patients and share call coverage for the clinic. Qualifications MD or DOGraduate of a four-year medical school or equivalent and completed internal or family medicine residency.Board-certified or board-eligible in internal or family medicine.
