• Promote daily specials, menu items, and merchandise with confidence

• Handle cash and card transactions with accuracy and professionalism

• Support teammates during busy shifts and contribute to a positive floor vibe

• Keep your section clean, organized, and ready for action

• Help make birthdays, game days, and first visits unforgettable

• Be on time, in uniform, and prepared to bring your A-game

• Represent the Hotshots brand with pride, personality, and attention to detail

• Participate in promotions, special events, and team initiatives

What You Bring to the Table:

• A friendly, outgoing personality that connects with guests

• Confidence, communication skills, and a guest-first mindset

• The ability to multitask in a fast-paced, team-driven environment

• Basic math skills for handling tabs and payments

• Willingness to learn and promote the full food/drink menu

• Availability for nights, weekends, and special events

• Must be 18 years or older (21+ in some locations)
