The Product Team is looking for a Tech Lead, Software Engineer to join our lean and dedicated group of Engineers. You will have the opportunity to be a key team member in a growth‑focused startup environment. Be both supported and challenged to grow your skillset, and work within a tight‑knit team that values learning and teamwork. In our stack, we use modern tools like React, Redux, Material UI, .NET Core, SQL Server and Azure. We have automated build deploy processes and value strong testing methodologies with automated tooling to help. Responsibilities The Senior Software Engineer will be responsible for integrating with third‑party APIs, developing webservices, coding in the UI and backend (including SQL) and making architecture decisions. You’ll be responsible for the quality of your work and be challenged to develop and maintain well‑tested code, from idea to production. You'll develop software that performs well and supports an engaging user experience. You’ll have a voice in the technical direction of the team. As a Senior you take on the most complex projects, work full stack, and help architect solutions. You also mentor other members on the team to grow their skills. This is an in‑office position in downtown Indianapolis four days/week, with work from home Fridays.
