Registered Nurse – Operating Room

Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Days | 4x10-hour shifts (6:30 AM – 5:00 PM); 5x8 and 3x12 schedules also considered | Rotating call required

Key Responsibilities

• Perform circulating RN duties within the operating room setting
• Participate in a rotating call schedule shared between two RNs, covering general surgery and emergency C-sections
• Deliver safe, high-quality perioperative patient care in alignment with facility protocols
• Maintain compliance with all required documentation and credentialing deadlines prior to start

Required Qualifications

• Active RN license – must be in hand at time of submission
• Minimum 2 years of Operating Room experience with demonstrated circulating experience
• Current ACLS, BLS, and NIHSS certifications required at time of submission
• Active Nursys verification required at time of submission
• Must be available to complete required health/lab items within 72 hours of offer acceptance
• Must not reside within 110 miles of the assignment location (local candidates not accepted)

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior travel nursing experience strongly preferred
• Familiarity with general surgery and obstetric emergency procedures
