Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Jewelry Consultant role located in Branson, MO. The Jewelry Consultant supports customers in selecting jewelry for engagements, anniversaries, celebrations, and everyday wear, offering knowledgeable guidance on styles, stones, metals, and designs. Day-to-day responsibilities include greeting and engaging customers, providing exceptional service, presenting merchandise, and closing retail sales while meeting or exceeding individual and store goals. The role involves maintaining product displays, handling transactions with accuracy, following store policies and security procedures, and supporting inventory and merchandising activities. Jewelry Consultants also participate in ongoing product training, assist with special orders and repairs, and contribute to a welcoming, inclusive store environment. Qualifications Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage customers, build rapport, and collaborate effectively with team members. Customer Service and Customer Experience skills to deliver attentive support, tailored recommendations, and consistent follow-through before and after the sale. Retail Sales abilities, including product presentation, upselling and cross-selling, and achieving performance targets in a fast-paced store environment. Interest or experience in Jewelry Design, gem basics, and current jewelry trends to provide informed guidance on style, quality, and customization options. Ability to learn product details quickly, follow POS and cash-handling procedures, and maintain accurate records. High level of integrity, reliability, and professionalism, including adherence to ethical sourcing and company policies. Comfort working flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as needed in a retail setting.
