Position's Contributions to Work Group: Able to deliver quality work on time Be proactive in communicating to team members and other departments Willing to collaborate with others (lots of cross - departmental work) Reliable Typical task breakdown: Managing VMI kanban and inventory levels Being assigned projects to be the buyer on - we are project based rather than commodity, so they will work with multiple vendors per project Managing a vendor relationship typically through bi-weekly meetings Any ad hoc requests that might come in Indirect management Education & Experience Required: Years of experience: 5+ years Degree requirement: Bachelors Open to 2-year degree with 9+ years' experience Open to master's with 3 years' experience Top Skills Communication Time management Analytical capabilities Technical Skills Excel - VLOOKUP's and pivot tables - basic visual development MRP systems Basic analysis Soft Skills Communication Email / time management Attention to detail Problem solving Pay Transparency The typical base pay for this role across the U.S. is:$28.00- $29.00/hour. Non-exempt positions are eligible for overtime at a rate of 1.5 times the base hourly rate for all hours worked in excess of 40 in a work week, or as required by state or local law. Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education and experience.
