Job Description As a Security Officer Full Time Patrol in Cincinnati, OH , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas at a prominent commercial location, maintaining a visible presence that helps deter security-related incidents. You will conduct routine patrols, support access control and badge processes, assist visitors and employees, and deliver outstanding customer service. Position Type: Full Time Pay Rate: $17.50 / Hour Job Schedule: DayTime Wed 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM Thu 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM Fri 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM Sat 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM Sun 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM What You'll Do: Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner. Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols around the business and perimeter, helping to identify and report unusual activity, hazards, and policy violations. Monitor access points and visitor activity in accordance with site-specific procedures. Document patrols, incidents, and observations accurately and promptly for management review. Minimum Requirements: Access Control/Badge Experience is preferred. Customer Service Experience is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
