Finance Director: Strategy, Compliance & Growth

MaineHousing seeks a Director of Finance to oversee financial operations and ensure GAAP compliance. The role leads accounting, budgeting, financial reporting, and loan servicing accounting while supporting executive leadership and the Board.

You will manage budgeting processes, annual and quarterly statements, external audits, and relationships with banks and vendors. CPA certification and strong leadership are essential for success.
