Craft 31 is looking for a reliable, energetic Line Cook who can keep up with a busy kitchen, communicate with the team, and take pride in putting out great food.

We're a locally owned restaurant in Williamsburg serving gourmet burgers, wood-fired pizza, a fresh raw bar, and 31 taps of craft beer. We're busy, we're fast-paced, and we believe a great kitchen runs on good communication, teamwork, and people who show up ready to work.

What You'll Do

• Cook menu items quickly, accurately, and consistently
• Communicate clearly with cooks, chefs, servers, and managers
• Keep your station stocked, clean, and organized
• Stay focused and productive during high-volume shifts
• Follow recipes, portions, and food-safety standards
• Work with urgency without sacrificing quality
• Help keep the entire kitchen running smoothly
• Speak up, ask questions, and communicate when something needs attention

We're Looking For Someone Who:

• Works hard and brings good energy
• Communicates well and enjoys being part of a team
• Is reliable, punctual, and ready to jump in
• Can stay calm and organized when things get busy
• Takes pride in clean work and great-looking plates
• Understands the importance of teamwork and timing
• Has high-volume kitchen experience preferred
• Has burger, pizza, or grill experience a plus
