You will report to the Vice President of Operations, and you will work closely with:Facility & Custodial ManagerDirector of Stadium OperationsSome of you still may think the job requirements are too vague but if you already have the required attributes, you probably have the following:Preferred minimum 2-year experience in facility maintenance including basic electrical & plumbing diagnostics/repairHave the flexibility to occasionally respond to 'off-hour' emergency situations & resident concernsBe a team player in an atmosphere of mutual respectExperience managing budgets of varying sizeAbility & motivation to work independentlyPositive attitude; effective communication skillsProvide a valid drivers license & have reliable transportationWorking knowledge of Microsoft Office programs of Word and ExcelPreferred Attributes:Forklift CertificationScissor Lift CertificationBig Picture:You will be the backbone of the stadium. How? You will be responsible for upholding the stadiums back of house; creating an iconic experience for our fans.Detailed Description:Identify improvement projects for stadium; solicit competitive pricing, obtain necessary approvalsWork to ensure maintenance functions are performed properly & promptly.Complete & follow up on all open service ticketsUse of general maintenance equipment including but not limited to: hand tools, ladders, landscaping equipment & required safety equipment; all equipment must be utilized according to safety guidelinesInspect grounds, buildings, and other community features daily to identify required maintenance tasks, minimize liability concerns and ensure excellent curb appeal at all timesPerform and/or manage improvements and repairs on HVAC, electrical & plumbing systemsManaging any safety concerns throughout the ballparkWork with and generate relationships with contractors & regulatorsHours of Work:This position will work variable hours.Compensation Package:Full time salary position.
