Pension Project Lead Consultant

Seeking an experienced project manager, the full-time Execution Project Lead Consultant will oversee pension plan settlement projects, coordinating cross-functional teams and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements while delivering high-quality outcomes remotely across the United States. Key responsibilities Lead end-to-end management of 2-4 mid- to large-sized pension settlement projects, including planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery Ensure compliance with ERISA, IRS, and PBGC regulations while developing detailed project plans and timelines for stakeholders Facilitate client meetings, manage vendor relationships, and identify project risks with mitigation strategies to ensure client satisfaction Required qualifications 10 years of pension experience Prior knowledge of ERISA, IRS, and PBGC requirements related to defined benefit plan terminations and settlements preferred Proven ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders, including actuaries, legal teams, and plan sponsors Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent organizational and time management abilities Ability to adapt to evolving regulatory requirements and manage multiple complex projects simultaneously
