Position / Specialty: Speech Language Pathologist (SLP)
acute care experience required
experience with bedside swallow evaluations and treatments required
video fluoroscopy swallow evaluation experience preferred.
Shift: 5 8-hour shifts
Shift Hours: 8:00 - 16:30
Open to accommodating block schedule? TBD on unit requirements
Weekend REQ? Yes - every 5th weekend (both Saturday and Sunday) required
Is on-call REQ? TBD on unit requirements
Years of experience REQ: 1 year
First-timers accepted: Yes
Certs REQ: MN State License
Pending License accepted: No
Will clinician float within scope to meet facility needs? TBD
Locals accepted: NO - candidate cannot live within 25 miles of the facility
RTO Restrictions: Finalized RTO must be included with submission. No RTO within first week of start date. No more than 10 days of RTO per assignment.
