(RSBCIHI)Location: Morongo ClinicAssignment: 13-Week Contract | Potential for Permanent HirePay Rate: Up to $90/hourBenefits: Housing & Travel Provided\n Position Overview\n RSBCIHI is seeking a dedicated Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) to provide comprehensive primary and urgent care services in a culturally sensitive, patient-centered ambulatory care setting. This 13-week assignment covers a maternity leave beginning in October and offers the opportunity for ongoing employment.Schedule\n \n Monday, Wednesday, Thursday: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM\n Tuesday: 8:00 AM to 7:00 PM\n Friday: 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM\n One-hour lunch Monday through Thursday\n No lunch break on Friday\n Responsibilities\n \n Provide primary and urgent care services for patients across the lifespan.\n Perform comprehensive health histories and physical examinations.\n Diagnose and manage acute and chronic medical conditions.\n Order, review, and interpret laboratory and diagnostic studies.\n Develop treatment plans and prescribe medications within scope of practice.\n Provide preventive care, wellness counseling, and health education.\n Coordinate referrals and collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams.\n Document patient encounters and treatment plans accurately within 24 hours.\n Complete medication refills and follow-up care in a timely manner.\n Participate in quality improvement initiatives, peer review activities, and staff meetings.\n Support efficient patient flow and continuity of care.\n Deliver culturally sensitive care while respecting Native American traditions and values.\n Patient Volume & Visit Expectations\n \n 12 to 18 patient visits per 8-hour shift\n 30-minute appointments for chronic care and minor acute visits\n 60-minute appointments for annual physicals and new patient visits\n Qualifications\n Education\n \n Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) or Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP)\n Graduate of an accredited Family Nurse Practitioner program\n \n Experience\n \n Minimum of 2 years of ambulatory, primary care, or outpatient experience preferred\n \n Required Licensure & Certifications\n \n Active and unrestricted California Registered Nurse (RN) License\n Active California Nurse Practitioner (NP) License\n California Furnishing Number\n DEA Registration\n National Nurse Practitioner Board Certification\n Current BLS Certification\n Valid California Driver’s License\n Preferred Skills\n \n Experience working in primary care, community health, or tribal health settings\n Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills\n Excellent communication and patient education abilities\n Ability to work independently and collaboratively within an integrated care team\n Commitment to cultural sensitivity and patient-centered care\n \n \n Schedule Monday, Wednesday, Thursday: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Tuesday: 8:00 AM to 7:00 PM Friday: 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM One-hour lunch Monday through Thursday No lunch break on FridayAbout Arc Health PBC\n \n At Arc Health, we're shaking up the status quo.
