- Coordinate and manage construction work performed by contractors and vendors at the project site.
- Assess productivity, schedule compliance, work quality, and safety performance.
- Manage walk downs of planned work and validate acceptance of completed work to design requirements.
- Provide leadership and coaching to Construction Supervisors and supplemental workforce.
- Act as a critical bridge between field operations and customer leadership.
- Address logistical challenges and resolve conflicts to keep construction activities on track.
- Survey and observe contractor Safety, Health, and Environment (SHE) practices.
- Associate or Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Power Generation, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 11 - 15 years of experience in power plant commissioning, working with EPC Contractors, engineering firms, and equipment suppliers.
- Strong understanding of engineering principles related to power plant commissioning.
- Proven ability to lead multi-disciplinary teams and manage complex negotiations.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Experience in substation or industrial construction.
- Proficiency in understanding engineering drawings and specifications.
- Knowledge of safety and environmental requirements.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
