Cybersecurity Engineering Lead We are looking for a Cybersecurity Engineering Lead to support the Advanced Research Projects Agency for Health (ARPA‑H) in maintaining and improving cybersecurity products, providing expert guidance, and implementing solutions to protect agency assets. Responsibilities Lead hands‑on activities to maintain and improve the ARPA‑H cybersecurity product stack, including SIEM, XDR, DLP, and GRC. Implement agentic solutions to improve automation of cybersecurity operations and governance activities. Provide expert guidance and recommendations to ARPA‑H on optimizing products for securing and defending the agency in the current threat environment. Qualifications 5+ years of experience in cybersecurity. Experience with the implementation of agentic AI solutions. Experience with cybersecurity engineering and NIST cybersecurity requirements. Experience interacting and communicating with senior‑level executives, including SES or GS‑15. Experience using Microsoft Office programs such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Bachelor’s degree. Nice If You Have Ability to operate independently within a fast‑paced start‑up environment. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. CISSP or CISM certification. Compensation Salary range: $69,400.00 to $158,000.00 (annualized USD).
