Staff Management | SMX Forklift Operator

With Staff Management | SMX, you'll get a weekly paycheck, learn new skills, meet new people, and work with a great management team in a clean and safe environment. The Staff Management | SMX team in Fort Worth, TX, has immediate openings for 1st & 2nd shift Reach and Cherry Picker Forklift Operators with both Reach and Cherry Picker experience. We offer competitive pay, full benefits, and real opportunities to grow. Associates earn $18/hr (1st Shift) and $19/hr (2nd Shift). This is a temp-to-hire with career advancement and benefits. Schedule: Monday - Friday (Saturdays if scheduled), 8-12 hours with overtime available.

1st Shift: 6 am - 6 pm

2nd Shift: 4 pm - 4 am

Shifts: 1st Shift, 2nd Shift.

Pay Rate: $18.00 - $19.00 / hour

Duties:

Operating Reach Forklifts and Cherry Pickers to support daily warehouse operations
Safely loading, unloading, and organizing products in designated storage areas
Maintaining accuracy while handling inventory to support efficient warehouse flow
Following all safety protocols and contributing to a clean, safe, and productive work environment
Reach forklift & cherry picker experience required
Must be able to read, write, and speak English; follow safety instructions
Lift up to 60 lbs
Must be able to stand, bend, and twist up to 12 hours
Work in a non-climate-controlled facility
