About the Role:

As a Caregiver at Aging in Place Home Health Agency, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our clients. Your responsibilities will include:

• Providing personalized care to seniors, including assistance with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Supporting clients' independence by encouraging and facilitating their ability to perform daily tasks
• Monitoring and reporting client health and well-being to the healthcare team
• Building strong relationships with clients and their families through empathy, understanding, and compassion
• Maintaining accurate records and documenting client care and services

• Must be able to lift 25 pounds and move around comfortably in clients' homes
