Role involves preparing accurate cost estimates, improving bid accuracy, and supporting efficient project execution while minimizing cost risks. Core Responsibilities Prepare detailed cost estimates for concrete and masonry projects Analyze blueprints, drawings, and technical specifications Evaluate material, labor, and equipment costs Develop project proposals and bid packages Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams Ensure accuracy in project scope and pricing Required Qualifications 10+ years of experience in concrete and masonry estimation Strong expertise in formwork, flatwork, and ready-mix concrete Knowledge of heavy equipment and carpentry applications Ability to read construction drawings and specifications Strong analytical and mathematical skills Good communication and coordination skills Preferred Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related fieldExperience with estimating software and project management tools #J-18808-Ljbffr
