Position Overview

Healogics is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join our clinical team in Grove City, Ohio. This is a full-time position working 5 days per week in collaboration with Mount Carmel Health System .

The NP will provide comprehensive evaluation and management of patients with acute, chronic, and complex wounds while supporting the delivery of advanced wound care and Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy (HBOT) .

Working collaboratively with Healogics physicians, nurses, hospital staff, and other members of the multidisciplinary team, the NP will help develop individualized treatment plans and provide high-quality, evidence-based care focused on improving healing outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans for patients with acute, chronic, and complex wounds.
• Provide ongoing assessment, treatment, and follow-up of wound care patients.
• Participate in the evaluation and management of patients receiving Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy (HBOT) .
• Perform wound assessments and appropriate procedures within the NP's scope of practice.
• Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as clinically appropriate.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, hospital staff, and other healthcare professionals.
• Educate patients and families regarding wound care, treatment plans, prevention, and disease management.
• Maintain accurate, timely, and comprehensive clinical documentation.
• Participate in Healogics training, continuing education, quality improvement initiatives, and clinical programs.
• Follow evidence-based guidelines, hospital policies, and Healogics clinical standards.
• Support a patient-centered approach focused on wound healing, improved outcomes, and quality of life.

Schedule

• Full-Time | 1.0 FTE
• 5 days per week
• Monday–Friday schedule
• Consistent clinical presence within the wound care center.
• Specific daily hours and scheduling will be discussed during the interview process.

Qualifications

• Current Nurse Practitioner license and eligibility to practice in Ohio.
• Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner program.
• Board certification as an NP.
• Current BLS certification; additional certifications as required by the facility.
• Previous experience in wound care, hyperbaric medicine, surgery, emergency medicine, family medicine, internal medicine, or another relevant specialty preferred.
• Strong clinical assessment, communication, and critical-thinking skills.
• Ability to work effectively and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary healthcare environment.
