Description:This position is for a Respiratory Therapist.The unit is a 116-bed facility.The patient ratios and unit staffing description include core staffing of 2 Respiratory Therapists.The type of equipment includes Pyxis medication dispensing and Drager ventilators.The documentation system used is Meditech.Staff is expected to work every other weekend.Please be aware of the floating policy.Patient experience standards include AIDET, completion of communication boards, and medication teaching.The dress code is ceil blue scrubs.Please familiarize yourself with unit-specific policies and guidelines.Any additional information regarding unique equipment, technology, staff tenure, and scheduling options will be provided.This is an opportunity to work in a supportive environment focused on patient care and professional growth.
