Key Responsibilities of the RN - ER/ED

• Administer emergency care, including IV start, blood draw, resuscitation, and EKG
• Maintain patient ratios of 4:1, ensuring quality care and attention
• Coordinate with team members such as Charge Nurses, Techs, and Unit Secretaries

Requirements of the RN - ER/ED

• Current TNCC, PALS, ACLS, and BLS certifications
• Acute ER Experience
