Job Overview
We’re hiring a Customer Sales Engagement Specialist to engage customers, build relationships, and help them select internet and wireless solutions that fit their needs. This role blends customer service, sales, and product education in a fast-paced, team-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
Engage customers through friendly, professional conversations
Identify customer needs and recommend internet and wireless products
Explain plan features, devices, and promotional offers
Deliver an exceptional customer experience from start to finish
Accurately process orders and maintain customer records
Meet or exceed individual and team sales goals
Qualifications
Strong communication and people skills
Customer service or sales experience preferred (not required)
Comfortable working toward performance goals
Quick learner with a positive, motivated attitude
Reliable and professional
