Overview Coordinate all maintenance and repair activities performed by assigned staff at SJH. Routinely inspect the facility to identify problems with systems or equipment. Supervise and schedule staff in one or more disciplines within the department, including HVAC Mechanics, Electricians, Plumbers, Metal Fabricator and General Mechanics. Ensure budgetary compliance for projects. Troubleshoot and repair HVAC refrigerant, electrical systems and plumbing.
