Machine Learning Engineering Manager

Leading a hybrid team of ML engineers and backend software engineers, the full-time salaried Machine Learning Engineering Manager will build end-to-end identity and conversion visibility solutions while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to enhance performance visibility for advertisers in a remote environment with in-office collaboration once a week. Key responsibilities Attract, hire, and develop a high-performing team focused on identity and conversion signal modeling systems Drive strategy and execution for improving match precision and downstream conversion quality across various platforms Establish engineering best practices for ML and backend development, ensuring reliability and operational excellence Required qualifications 7+ years of experience building and deploying large-scale ML systems in production 2+ years of experience as an engineering manager or technical lead Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Statistics, or a related technical field, or equivalent experience Proven technical leadership in setting direction for multi-quarter roadmaps across modeling and data pipelines Strong familiarity with ads conversion attribution, identity matching, or ads measurement domains is a plus
