Control Room Operator

We’re looking for a detail-oriented Control Room Operator to join our Customer Support Center Operations team remotely within Michigan, U.S. This role offers the unique opportunity to ensure the security and operational integrity of our Control Room application and play a vital role in reporting daily activities, incidents, and participate in testing the Draw Based Games (DBG) solutions. Opportunities for professional development Employee & Family Assistance Program What You’ll Do Execute manual tasks within the Control Room application Report daily activities and incidents to ensure operational integrity Maintain security standards within the Control Room Test the Draw Based Games (DBG) solutions for current and new clients Handle sensitive material and uphold all security policies Communicate effectively with clients, supervisors, and the Director of Operations Execute testing in line with scheduled plans Coordinate and participate in DBG and onboarding audits Maintain information confidentiality Who You Are Detail-oriented, with a strong understanding of operational processes and systems Skilled in handling tasks with accuracy, quality, and adherence to policies and procedures Proficient in control room operations and compliance requirements Effective communicator with experience reporting incidents and working within fast-paced environment What You’ll Bring High School Diploma or GED Equivalent 3+ years of Control Room Operator or related experience Proven ability to meet performance goals for accuracy, quality, and productivity Strong technical knowledge of control room systems and adherence to compliance standards Pollard Banknote Limited is an equal opportunity employer, committed to promoting and maintaining a diverse and inclusive workforce.
