Registered Nurse (RN) – Med/Surg Telemetry

Location: Cleveland Clinic Main Campus Hospital

Schedule: 3x12-hour shifts (Auto Offer)

Shift: Day/Night Rotation (7:00 AM–7:30 PM / 7:00 PM–7:30 AM)

Contract Type: Travel Assignment

Requirements

Experience:

• Minimum 18 months of permanent RN experience in the specialty prior to any travel assignments.
• Minimum 18 months of recent Med/Surg Telemetry experience (travel experience acceptable).

Licensure:

• Active Ohio RN license or active compact state RN license in hand at time of submission.

Certifications (Required):

• AHA BLS (Basic Life Support)
• AHA ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support)
• NIHSS (Stroke Scale Certification)

Schedule Details

• 3×12-hour shifts ONLY – automatic offer for these terms.
• Day/Night rotating shifts:
• 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM
• 7:00 AM – 7:30 PM
• Shifts may vary depending on hospital needs. While preferences are considered, the facility reserves the right to rotate shifts if necessary.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver safe, high-quality nursing care to adult Med/Surg Telemetry patients.
• Monitor cardiac rhythm and respond promptly to changes in patient condition.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care plans.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
• Uphold Cleveland Clinic standards for patient experience, safety, and professionalism.
