Senior Operations Manager

Saalex Corporation is seeking a Senior Operations Manager in Lexington Park, MD. Salary $145k-$190k (depending on experience) Essential Functions Provide strategic leadership and oversight for all operational activities across the program. Formulate and implement policies to ensure efficient and compliant operations. Manage acquisition and employment of project resources to meet contractual requirements. Oversee contractor execution of Task Order (TO) requirements and ensure alignment with mission objectives. Serve as the primary point of contact with the Government COR for technical and project-related matters. Lead through subordinate supervisors to ensure effective coordination across departments. Other duties as assigned or required. Qualifications – Required Minimum 10 years of relevant experience, including at least 7 years in supervisory roles providing recommendations across program management, systems engineering, major system acquisitions, and financial management. Proven ability to manage complex programs and lead diverse teams. Qualifications – Desired Strong understanding of DoD acquisition processes and program management principles. Exceptional leadership, communication, and decision-making skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment. Education Master’s degree in Engineering, Technical, Business, or Computer Science/IT discipline. Security Clearance Active Top Secret clearance required.
