Key Responsibilities: Provide friendly, professional, and efficient customer service to all guests. Support day‑to‑day café operations to ensure a clean, organized, and welcoming environment. Follow all company policies, procedures, and food safety guidelines. Assist with customer service duties as needed to support efficient café operations. Work collaboratively with team members to maintain positive customer experiences. Maintain flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by business needs.
