Psychotherapist

Providence Medical Group is seeking a full‑time Psychotherapist to join its behavioral health team at the Everett, Washington location. This clinic provides a step‑up in mental health services from traditional outpatient via Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) and Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) which is the focus of this position. Both tracks focus on coping skills and psychoeducation in a group setting around the signs and symptoms of Depression and Anxiety. This is a great opportunity to be part of a new program that seeks to improve mental health services for adults in Everett and vicinity. The Psychotherapist primary function within the programs is to provide short‑term rapid stabilization within a multidisciplinary team. The psychotherapist provides structured treatment with modalities of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) principles. The program embraces a trauma‑informed environment of care.
