Pay: $2,232.00 weekly
Shifts: Day and Night Shifts
Seven Healthcare are seeking an experienced RN in Case Management for a travel assignment in Largo, FL. This role specializes in the management of patient care, collaborating within a dynamic health setting. The position offers an opportunity to play a vital role in patient discharge planning and integration into facility workflows using Meditech and Midas systems.

Key Responsibilities of the RN Case Management
- Coordinate and manage patient care plans effectively
- Conduct complex discharge planning
- Utilize Midas and Meditech systems for patient documentation
- Work collaboratively with healthcare teams, including RN CM and SW CM
- Maintain a patient ratio of at least 25:1 CM
Requirements of the RN Case Management
- Valid RN license
- Experience with Meditech and Midas systems
- Proven experience in case management and discharge planning
