Public Health Educator: Chronic Disease & Outreach
Durham County
Durham County Government in Durham, NC seeks a Public Health Education Specialist to engage community leaders and residents, promoting healthy aging and evidence-based programs. You will coordinate chronic disease education, balance and falls prevention initiatives, and manage volunteers.
