- Serve as the head of the Indonesian factory, fully responsible for the production operations within the factory system.
- Oversee the organizational management, equipment configuration, and production planning of the Indonesian factory, ensuring each department conducts production and quality control tasks efficiently.
- Manage costs at the Indonesian factory, set annual cost reduction targets, and implement cost-saving measures.
- Ensure safety and environmental management, as well as equipment management at the Indonesian manufacturing plant.
- Lead the team-building efforts at the Indonesian factory, managing various workshops and work centers.
- Bonus: Experience in residing in Indonesia and industrial park planning.
