HYBRID Legal Coordinator

Paralegal – Accounts Receivable Management Company (Bonita Springs, FL) Insight Global is looking for a Paralegal to join an accounts receivable management company in the Bonita Springs area. We currently have two immediate openings for a Paralegal to join our existing dynamic team that manages the processes associated with reporting and investigating lawsuits, counterclaims and regulatory inquiries, and also provides other support in the legal operations of the company. This position is classified as non‑exempt under the FLSA and will be entitled to overtime for any hours worked in excess of 40 hours in a given work week. Base Pay Range $25.00/hr - $28.84/hr Core Responsibilities Manage assigned cases to resolution. Liaise with members of the Legal Department, network, and clients. Effectively track and manage deadlines. Host and direct telephone conferences. Alert management to escalated allegations or demands. Required Skills & Experience An associate's or bachelor's degree in legal studies or a related field, or a minimum of three years' proven experience as a legal assistant or paralegal. Nice to Have Skills & Experience Prior paralegal/litigation experience preferred.
