Our knowledge and fun create a memorable experience for our patients. The LPN Visit Nurse plays a key role in direct nursing care in the patient home. What’s in it for me? Full time salary rage: $54,000-$78,000 Hours/days: You will manage your own schedule (PT or FT) visit rate plus paid mileage Full-time benefits: generous health insurance reimbursement plan, 401k match, flexible schedule, paid time off and several bonus opportunities. Complete patient visits as needed under the direction of the RN Case Manager. Participates in the implementation and oversight of nursing and home health aide services. Nursing skills may include phlebotomy, wound care, catheter care, medication management and patient education. Qualifications What skills do I need to bring? Must be licensed as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in Minnesota Basic Life Support (BLS) CPR course for healthcare providers through American Heart Association or Red Cross renewed at recommended frequencies Must be able to lift, turn, position, and transfer up to 50lbs Must be fluent in the English language Valid U.S. driver’s license with minimal moving violations and access to a reliable personal vehicle EOE Employer, drug free work environment #J-18808-Ljbffr Accurate Home Care
