Machine Operator Pay: $21/hour

12‑hour rotating 2‑2‑3 schedule , alternating between

1st Shift: 7 AM – 7 PM

&

3rd Shift: 7 PM – 7 AM

Job Description: We are seeking dependable and experienced Machine Operators to join our team. Candidates with any type of machine operating experience are encouraged to apply. This is a hands-on role that involves equipment setup, operation, and maintenance to ensure efficient production.

Key Responsibilities

• Load materials and run production work orders
• Perform setups, changeovers, adjustments, and basic troubleshooting

Requirements

• 2+ years of technical machine operating experience
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience with slitting, extrusion, molding, or similar machinery preferred
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical work during a 12‑hour shift

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Greensboro, NC.

The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $21.00/hr.
