What You Will Do:

• Complete window cleaning, gutter cleaning and house washing jobs and provide exceptional customer service.
• Excel in a team environment.
• Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
• Create memorable moments to maximize customer experience.
• Continuously improve through feedback and ongoing training
• Be rewarded for your efforts and success.

Compensation: We offer a performance-based compensation program meaning you will be paid a base rate plus performance incentives. Average hourly rate is $15 - $25 per hour. As you learn our proven techniques to maximize revenue at each job site and complete work efficiently, your hourly rate increases.
