Your work will span a range of advising activities: reviewing students' goals, transcript reviews, and course recommendations in alignment with program requirements, cultivating relationships with assigned students, referring students to appropriate university resources, integrating career service resources, helping students build academic degree programs that align with their stated goals and supporting incoming students. Because we're growing quickly, we're looking for advisors who bring strong collaboration skills, a growth mindset, and real creativity, along with a steady commitment to best practices, to help shape what student support looks like here.
