The Role:

• Location: Everett, WA
• Assignment duration: 11/6/2026 - 11/7/2026
• Shift Type: Onsite 7am-5pm. Regular Hours: Required.
• In House Call: Pager/beeper call from 5pm - 7am (30 minute call radius).
• Guaranteed Hours per Day: 10
• OT: Applies after 10 hours per day.
• Cases: Approximately 7 patient encounters per shift.
• Credentialing Timeframe: 30-60 days
