AP/AR Specialist

Accounts Payable / Accounts Receivable (AP/AR) Specialist Location: Pataskala, Ohio (Fully Onsite) Salary: $55,000 - $65,000 annually Position Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable AP/AR Specialist to support daily accounting operations. This role is responsible for managing full-cycle accounts payable and receivable processes, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and strong financial controls. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with QuickBooks Online and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Key Responsibilities * Process full-cycle accounts payable , including invoice entry, coding, approvals, and payment processing * Manage accounts receivable , including invoicing, cash application, and collections follow-up * Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies * Monitor aging reports and proactively address outstanding balances * Maintain accurate financial records and documentation * Assist with month-end close , including reconciliations and reporting support * Communicate with vendors and customers regarding billing and payment inquiries * Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting best practices Qualifications * 1+ years of experience in AP/AR or general accounting * Required: Experience with QuickBooks Online * Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial processes * High attention to detail and accuracy * Strong organizational and time management skills * Proficient in Microsoft Excel * Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities Preferred Qualifications * Experience in a small to mid-sized business environment * Exposure to general ledger or month-end close processes #INJUNE2026
