Full-Time Retail Sales Associate (Customer Service & Sales) – Lubbock, TX

Pay: $13.00 – $22.00 per hour (based on experience)
Full-Time | 35–45 hours per week

Overview

Red Raider Outfitter is hiring a  full-time Retail Sales Associate in Lubbock, TX. We’re looking for reliable, customer-focused individuals who take pride in their work and want to be part of a fast-paced retail team.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, thrives in an energetic environment, and wants to build real experience in customer service, retail sales, and team operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers with product selection and purchases
• Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked sales floor
• Support merchandising, restocking, and visual displays
• Accurately operate the register and handle transactions
• Work as part of a team to create a positive in-store experience
• Help maintain a high-energy, game day atmosphere year-round

Qualifications

• Previous retail or customer service experience preferred (not required)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work scheduled shifts consistently
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and stay organized
• Must be able to stand, walk, and lift merchandise as needed

Schedule & Availability

• Full-time (35–40 hours per week)
• Daytime, evening, and weekend shifts required
• Availability for Texas Tech home game days is required

Compensation & Benefits

• $15.00 – $22.00 per hour depending on experience
