In this role, you will monitor assigned areas, conduct routine patrols, remain visible to help discourage incidents, and support access awareness while delivering outstanding customer service and communication. Position Type: Part Time Pay Rate: $21.00 / Hour Job Schedule: DayTimeMon05:30 AM - 02:00 PM Sat05:30 AM - 02:00 PM Sun05:30 AM - 02:00 PM What You'll Do: Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or vendors by following site‑specific procedures, access guidelines, and/or emergency response activities at a technology and media location. Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, documenting relevant details and communicating with site contacts as needed. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, production‑related spaces, parking areas, and/or perimeter locations to help identify unusual activity and report security‑related concerns. Monitor entry points, visitor activity, and/or credential checks in accordance with site policies to help support orderly access and professional site operations. Support Allied Universal and site leadership by reporting maintenance issues, hazards, policy violations, and/or suspicious behavior observed during assigned duties. Minimum Requirements: Possess at least 6 months of security‑related experience. A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. CPR and/or First Aid certification is preferred. Access control and/or badge experience is preferred. The ability to lift more than 20 lbs is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment. A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
