AdvisaCare is seeking compassionate, dedicated caregivers to provide exceptional in-home care for our clients in the Fremont area .

Position Details:

• Private Duty, In-Home Care
• Client with a traumatic brain injury
• Client needs assistance and prompting for all ADLs
• Client can walk but is a stand by assist at all times
• Transportation to appointments/errands/outings

Available Shifts:

• 1st Shift: 7am – 7pm
• 3rd Shift: 7pm – 7am

Requirements

• High School Graduate or GED
• Reliable transportation
• Valid Driver’s License
• Work in a team responsibly and independently
• Good communication skills
• Ability to travel within the service area
• CPR Certified
• Ability to pass a drug screen/clear background
