Memorial Health Care Systems, a top 20 award-winning Critical Access Hospital, is seeking candidates for a Surgical Technologist Apprenticeship Program . This is a unique opportunity to earn a Surgical Technology degree, gain hands on operating room experience, and step directly into a full time Surgical Technologist role — all without taking on education debt.

Candidates are eligible to receive:

Surgical technologists are essential members of the operating room team. They help prepare and maintain sterile environments, anticipate the needs of surgeons, pass instruments and supplies during procedures, and support safe, efficient surgical care.

Qualifications:

• No prior surgical experience is required — we train you.
• Candidates who have completed some, or all Associate of Health Sciences pre-requisite courses will be considered first.
• Candidates with previous healthcare experience, certifications or licensures will be considered first.

Candidate commitment:

• Work as an apprentice while enrolled in the degree program;
• Participate in and successful in the Surgical Technology Associate of Applied Science (A.A.S.) program at Southeast Community College
• Accept and work full-time as a Surgical Technologist after graduation, subject to program and employment requirements.
