Overview The Clinical Supervisor (BCBA) provides clinical oversight and guidance to a team of technicians and clients. The role assesses clients, develops individualized treatment plans, and ensures effective training and implementation of therapy programs. The supervisor works closely with the Field Coordinator and Regional Director to support high‑quality clinical care. Work takes place in clients’ natural environments. Responsibilities Conduct skills and behavior assessments in the client’s natural environment to deeply understand their needs. Develop comprehensive treatment plans and evidence‑based interventions. Train, supervise, and support RBTs working on the client’s team. Collaborate with supervisors and the quality assurance team to achieve optimal client outcomes. Coordinate with and train caregivers to empower them as partners in their child’s progress. Qualifications Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or a related field. Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with experience supervising the implementation of ABA‑based treatment programs by RBTs. Licensed in the state where the position will be performed or able to obtain required licensure prior to hire. Dedicated to providing high‑quality, outcomes‑based care to clients and their families. Physical Requirements Regularly required to perform activities such as reaching, grasping, walking briskly or running, sitting on the floor, kneeling, crouching, ascending and descending stairs, and transitioning quickly between standing, sitting, and other positions throughout the day. Ability to interact effectively by speaking clearly, using age‑appropriate language, and maintaining attention through verbal and non‑verbal communication. Must be able to independently operate a vehicle to travel to and from a client’s location. Benefits Compensation: Guaranteed base salaries with potential to earn up to $116,000+ annually.
