Product Marketing Specialist

Our client is seeking a Product Marketing Specialist to support product positioning, messaging, and go-to-market initiatives across a growing portfolio of products. This individual will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop compelling marketing content, support product launches, analyze market trends, and create tools that help drive customer engagement and business growth. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator who enjoys blending strategy, content development, market insights, and sales enablement. This is a hybrid role with 3 days a week in office. Responsibilities Develop and maintain product positioning, messaging, and value propositions for assigned product lines. Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer insight gathering to support product strategy and marketing efforts. Create sales enablement materials including presentations, product sheets, competitive comparisons, and proposal content. Partner with product, sales, operations, and other cross-functional teams to support go-to-market initiatives and product launches. Assist with customer-facing presentations, demonstrations, and product education efforts. Maintain product marketing content across digital channels and support website updates. Track and analyze campaign, lead generation, and product performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement. Support internal product training programs and educational initiatives. Assist with industry events, conferences, and trade shows. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. 1-3 years of experience in product marketing, marketing communications, product management, or a related discipline. Strong understanding of product marketing principles, messaging development, and go-to-market strategies. Experience creating marketing and sales support materials. Ability to conduct market research, analyze competitive landscapes, and identify industry trends. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret marketing, sales, and campaign performance data. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to collaborate effectively across multiple teams and manage competing priorities. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and familiarity with CRM, analytics, or marketing technology platforms. Experience in a B2B environment preferred. Healthcare, medical device, or regulated industry experience is a plus.
