Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations of patients' speech and language skills

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address patients' communication needs

• Provide speech and language therapy services to patients with various diagnoses, including neurological, developmental, and acquired disorders

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure effective communication and coordination of care

• Document patient progress and maintain accurate records

• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and continuing education to stay current with best practices in the field

Requirements:

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field

• Current certification from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA)

• Wisconsin state licensure or eligibility for licensure

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

• Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays
