About the Role

We are seeking a passionate, detail oriented individual to join our growth team. This role is part empathetic listener, part healthcare navigator, and part logistical whiz. You are motivated by hitting goals and getting more patients into care at Flourish. You will be joining a team responsible for everything a family needs prior to enrolling with Flourish. Before meeting us, these families have often been rejected by many care providers, accustomed to an overwhelming maze of care navigation, and are at a point of deep frustration.

Your job will be to build trust quickly and guide complex, emotional conversations toward starting care with Flourish. You will communicate effectively and empathetically with each family, understand what they need and want, and operationalize workflows to get kids access to care as quickly as possible. What does that look like?
Responsibilities:

• Reach out to patients, parents, and caregivers who qualify to introduce them to Flourish Health's mental health services, and make a clear, confident case for why Flourish is the right next step.
• Approach every conversation with a clear goal in mind. Listen intentionally to understand the family's unique needs, uncover any barriers to care, and guide them toward a confident decision to schedule a consultation.
• Navigate challenging conversations well, including with families who are frustrated, skeptical, overwhelmed, or hesitant. Address objections with empathy while keeping the conversation moving toward the outcome.
• Own the flow of each call. Listen closely and keep conversations focused. Redirect gracefully, and recognize when a call has reached its goal.
• Schedule appointments with patients and their caregivers with the Flourish Clinical Admissions Team in the most seamless way possible.
• Complete follow-up phone calls as needed to keep momentum, confirm patient readiness and understanding of services, and prevent drop-off between first contact and first visit.
• Make calls to reschedule consultations as necessary, accommodating patients' schedules.
• Document every interaction accurately and hold yourself accountable to conversion and scheduling outcomes.

Requirements:

• Excellent listening skills and an empathetic demeanor, paired with the ability to steer a conversation toward a defined goal.
• Previous experience in patient or customer relations, sales, or patient-facing role, preferably within the healthcare industry. Experience in consultative or outbound calling is a strong plus.
• Comfort handling a high volume of phone conversations, including the resilience to work through objections and declined outcomes.
• Demonstrated ability to de-escalate complex, emotional conversations while maintaining warmth and clarity.
• Familiarity with HIPAA guidelines and maintaining strict patient confidentiality.
• Strong attention to detail and proficiency with CRMs, scheduling tools, and call documentation.
• Preference for candidates who are willing to work evening hours in the Eastern Time zone (5-8 PM ET).
• Must be 18 years or older.

Job Type: Full Time

Work Location: Remote, but in-person event attendance required 2+ times per year

Schedule: Monday-Friday with 1-2 evenings a week required. Willingness to work evenings, 5-8 PM Eastern, preferred.

Salary: $50,000-$59,000
