Start Building Your Future today!We are seeking a Data Management Specialist to oversee the receipt, storage, submission, and archiving of contractual data deliverables. This role ensures all deliverables are accurate, compliant, and submitted on schedule. The ideal candidate has experience interpreting contract requirements and working with data management systems in defense or engineering environments.ResponsibilitiesPrepare and coordinate contract requirement documents, including Statements of Work (SOW), Contract Data Requirements Lists (CDRLs), and Document Summary Lists (DSLs)Process, track, and submit deliverables using tools such as TopVue and WindChillVerify all submissions meet contractual formatting, quality, and timeline requirementsMaintain logs, records, version histories, and compliance documentationMonitor deliverable deadlines and provide status updates to leadership and program teamsSupport audits, technical reviews, and customer engagements related to contract data requirementsRequiredBS or BA degree3 years of experience in data managementExperience working with SOWs, CDRLs, and DSLs in a government or DoD contracting environmentExperience with Configuration Control Boards and Engineering Change documentation (ECO/ERR)Familiarity with TopVue, WindChill, and Azure DevOpsProficiency with Microsoft Office SuiteKnowledge of MIL HDBK 61B, EIA 649 1A, ISO 9001:2015Knowledge of DODM 5010.12 and DODI 5230.24 related to managing and distributing technical dataMust have an in-scope DOW secret security clearanceDisability Accommodation for Applicants - Intuitive Research and Technology Corporation is an Equal Employment Opportunity employer and provides reasonable accommodation for qualified individuals with disabilities and disabled veterans in its job application procedures.
